You can't beat a tasty, indulgent plate of buttermilk pancakes!

2 cups flour
¼ cup granulated sugar or sugar alternative
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sea salt
2 cups buttermilk
3 tbsp butter, melted
½ tsp vanilla
bananas for topping
butter for topping
maple syrup for topping
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a small bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, butter, and vanilla.
Using a spatula, combine the dry and wet ingredients until batter is smooth. Be careful not to overmix.
Heat a griddle or non-stick pan on medium-high and add ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Flip when batter bubbles.
Top with butter and bananas, drizzle maple syrup over, and enjoy!
