4-Ingredient Greek Yogurt Bagels

Only 40 minutes and 4 ingredients. That's all you need for these delicious bagels! They've got that classic doughy bagel taste, and they are satisfyingly soft and chewy. Perfect to enjoy right out of the oven or used in a sandwich.

 
4-Ingredient Greek Yogurt Bagels

Prep Time: 15 min

Cook Time: 25 min

Total Time: 40 min

Yield: One dozen


INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 cups all-purpose flour

  • 3 tbsp baking powder

  • 2 tsp sea salt

  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°F) and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sea salt.

  3. Add in the Greek yogurt and knead for 5 minutes or until the dough is smooth and everything is evenly incorporated.

  4. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Enjoy freshly baked!
