Deconstructed Red Berry Parfait

This berry-loaded parfait-like yogurt bowl is everything you didn't know you needed! Take your favorite vanilla yogurt and granola, pick a few fresh mint leaves, and grab lots of strawberries and raspberries to assemble this easy breakfast or tasty dessert! Get a spoon and dig in or dip the berries in the yogurt. There's no wrong way to enjoy this sweet treat!

 
Deconstructed Red Berry Breakfast Parfait

Prep Time: 10 min

Total Time: 10 min

Yield: 1 serving


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup vanilla bean yogurt

  • 1 handful strawberries

  • ½ cup raspberries

  • ¼ cup oat granola

  • ¼ cup mint leaves

  • 2 tbsp sugar or monk fruit (if yogurt is unsweetened)


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a bowl, add yogurt. Whisk sugar/monk fruit into yogurt if yogurt is unsweetened.

  2. Add strawberries and raspberries. Leave stems on if dipping strawberries in yogurt. Remove stems if eating with a spoon.

  3. Top with oat granola and mint leaves. Enjoy!
