Deconstructed Red Berry Breakfast Parfait

1 cup vanilla bean yogurt
1 handful strawberries
½ cup raspberries
¼ cup oat granola
¼ cup mint leaves
2 tbsp sugar or monk fruit (if yogurt is unsweetened)
In a bowl, add yogurt. Whisk sugar/monk fruit into yogurt if yogurt is unsweetened.
Add strawberries and raspberries. Leave stems on if dipping strawberries in yogurt. Remove stems if eating with a spoon.
Top with oat granola and mint leaves. Enjoy!
