Baked oatmeals are a breakfast obsession! Start your morning off right with this aromatic lemon poppy seed baked oatmeal, made with fresh lemon juice and zest and packed with plenty of vitamins and minerals.

Lemon Poppy Seed Baked Oatmeal

  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • ½ tsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp lemon zest

  • 1 tsp poppy seeds

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp agave syrup

  • 1 ½ tbsp zero-calorie sugar

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1/8 tsp baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt


  1. Preheat oven to 380°F (195°C) and prepare a small cocotte or oven-safe container.

  2. In your baking vessel of choice, stir together all ingredients until well-combined. Bake for 20 min or until golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy!
