Peppermint Chocolate Mug Cake

Peppermint Chocolate Mug Cake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Zuda Bar Mint Cacao, cut into ¼" bites

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 2 ½ tbsp cocoa powder

  • ⅛ tsp baking soda

  • ⅛ tsp sea salt

  • 4 tbsp milk or milk alternative

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract

  • ¼ vanilla extract


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a mug, whisk together all of the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

  2. Whisk in the wet ingredients: milk, oil, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract.

  3. Add in your Zuda bar bites and mix well.

  4. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and enjoy!
