These garlicky sugar snap peas are sure to add a flavorful bite to any dish. They are perfectly sweet, salty, and acidic, creating layers that balance well together. These snap peas are great on salads, sandwiches, and snack plates... Or straight out of the jar if you please!
Pickled Garlic Sugar Snap Peas

Yield: 1 jar
INGREDIENTS:
1 mason jar sugar snap peas
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 ½ cup water
1 cup white vinegar
4 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a small saucepan, bring water, white vinegar, sugar, and salt to a boil. Turn heat down to simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add the sugar snap peas and garlic into a mason jar. Pack tightly.
Carefully pour the hot pickling juice over the snap peas and fill the jar. You may not need all of the juice.
Let it sit out until completely cooled, then seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before enjoying. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
